With the CID function of your telephone line has the CID function; the system would detect the CID and record it automatically.

4. Direction confirmation

Incoming call and Out-going call number will be automatically detected.

Remark: If you need caller id function,and your Co-line must be has caller id function.

5. Real time monitoring

Monitor the channel on conversation without any disturbance to the line.

6. Automatic circle recording

Max 4 disks are available to set, which are hard disk or sub area. Circle recording will start auto when your local disk is full.

7. AutomaticallyBackup

According to the customers’requirement,it can back up important information by this function automatically

8. Call Management

List advanced call management- List,print and statistical all incoming and outgoing call number.

9. Log Management

The system has the integrity operation log,it can record all of the system operation.

10. Business Management

It can pop up the client’s detail information of incoming call if you add the client information to your information bank.. It also can record your client’s address,telephone number, business record and the contents.

11. Extension Recording

After the recording system is connected to PBX,it will record the extension particular information and can designate which extension in not recording status.

12. Remote Management (FTP)

It can upload the recording file to Server by FTP upload function, then you can listen the recording by remote.

13. Inquire and Listen the recording on the network

If you install recording system in one PC,and you can inquire and listen the recording file in the other PC on the Internet.
